Should you choose to purchase the ProdTrac program outright, we will be pleased to quote for this, based on the number of user stations required.

Our purchase option includes full automatic support and maintenance for the first year, giving all the benefits of the rental option:

· free upgrades as new versions of the program are released;
· free technical support for the software (configuration and database maintenance), including via remote access if configured;
· telephone assistance in office hours and 24 hour on-site response to correct any major software failure;
· full product support (bugs and fixes);
· free unlimited provision or modification of customised operating and business management reports;
· participation in the ProdTrac user feedback programme for future enhancements.

To retain these benefits after the first year, we offer a cost-effective annual support contract, based on the initial purchase price. We will be pleased to provide a quotation at any time.

Payment terms for purchase
: 25% deposit with order, 45% on installation, remaining 30% within 28 days of installation.
