The Health Store recalls own-brand Whole, Dried Apricots - incorrect allergen information

The Health Store in Nottingham has recalled an affected batch of The Health Store 500g Whole Dried Apricots:

Batch code: 40 259

The batch contains sulphites used as a preservative in the apricots, but sulphites are not declared on the label, making the product a potential health risk for people who are sensitive to sulphites.

The company has recalled the affected product, contacted the relevant allergy support organisations, and is displaying notices in store to alert consumers to the reasons for the recall.
